Actually, I'm having better luck pulling with sniper shot on the mob that has the most dangerous rez, instead of waiting for miku to mark targets, because she always picks the least dangerous targets (melee without resses) for her first target, IE the shadow stepping assassins) because they're closest.

That must have been my main problem, relying on Miku to pick the target for me and she picks poor targets. But still, we shall return is overpowered for enemy NPC's because the balancing aspect of the skill, the high cost, is negligible to enemy NPC's due to their high energy regen (isn't it like 8 pips or 10 pips of energy regen that they have?)

I found the quests ok, I didnt even realize they had rezzes as they all die pretty quick with the sin and head shot----(even got to kill off rotscale, though he dropped NOTHING at all).

I am not one for solo quests and probably wont do this (unless there is some really BIG incentive) on more of my characters (got one thru and will do another) since oppressor weapons can be gotten just as easily from doing the wanteds daily----(though I do like the skin on keirans bow).
it was a nice interlude, but hope they go back to the old group quests where you have your own skills for you own character (heck I made these for a reason--not to look at some slimy rangers butt!)

I totally read those words in the dialogues several times, but then realized it was only what I wanted to see.

Gwen claims she's changing but goes right back to being Tsundere when he comes back and proposes to her.

Keiran shows character development and growth throughout the whole arc, Gwen does not in the end.

Personally I would have ditched Gwen for Miku :3

Personally, I'm not satisfied with where the live team has taken Gwen's personality. I mostly liked her in Eye of the North, she was an interesting character with a cool backstory, a wounded soul. For me, she went only downhill from there. In the Gwen-Thackeray-related dialogs she's just batshit crazy.

The post-War-in-Kryta dialog for example is just painful to read. The search teams arrive back to the Eye of the North and state that they couldn't find the missing soldiers. Gwen then just keeps asking them where Thackeray and Langmar is even though they've already told her. She flips out at some point and goes into a hysteric state, shouting. And the others for some reason seem comfortable with the fact that this insane person is their captain and superior.

Botched writing is what it is to me. It's sad because her character had so much potential.

I gave up, long ago, expecting game designers to have any clue about romance.

I'd have followed Miku. She's a far nicer lady than the Shrew of the North.

He goes missing, still harboring feelings for her, where it takes all of a few battles for him to fall for a complete stranger and forget about girl #1? Umm, no thanks, and if you think Gwen is cattish normally, I shudder to imagine what she'd do to the both of them.

Now you can constantly keep your eyes on the battlefield, instead of camping the skill warm-ups of the foes. you can even follow your 'sin buddy and anticipate what foe is getting marked next.

That doesn't help when 2 of them are trying to res at the same time, you can only interrupt 1. If it were only 1 out of a group of 3 or 4 that had a res and was using it, there wouldn't be a problem, but when 2-3 of them have resses and Miku picked the one without a res to mark and 1 shot kill it kept screwing me because that Peacekeeper Enforcer would get ressed right after I killed it with sniper by one of the 2 other White Mantle that did have resses.

Instead of relying on Miku to pick a target, just sniper shot followed by interrupt on a likely resser so even if they don't die instantly they take a lot of damage and die in another shot or 2, followed by finding the other WM with a res and killing/rupting them while Miku goes ahead and wastes her time putting promise of death on that enforcer and soloing it. It would take 3 or 4 white mantle with a res in a pull to give trouble using that strategy instead.

PVP does have you find 1 person out of 4-8 trying to use a res, but you're never expected to interrupt 2+ people trying to res at the same time by yourself.

AIs in the same party almost never try to res the same target at the same time. As the party size tends to be 3 for these missions, that means you rarely ever have to face more than 1 rez at a time; with 1 down only 1 will try to rez at a time, with 2 down there is only 1 left to use their rez. You do get in situations where you have to ping back and forth stopping each from using their sig but it's very manageable.

I found the foes' attempts at resurrecting each other rather futile, even if I don't interrupt them. Both Keiran and Miku are capable of producing an overwhelming damage output, and in my experience even multi-res groups die easily if you just spam your attacks at them and use your healing skill whenever it's needed.
